The SMK logo development process:
We approach every logo we design as if it were our own. We understand how important a company's logo is and how much it can have impacta company's success. You will have direct contact with our graphic designers throughout the process to ensure your vision is brought to fruition.
Step 1 - Defining the Logo Design Project
First we interview you to find out as much as we can about your company, it's background and it's goals.
Then we look at any past materials you may have used (brochures, fliers, pamphlet, etc) and we draw information from that and determine if it will be used in your new logo design.
Next, we research your competition to ensure that your logo is unique and more effective than your competition.
Step 2 - Logo Concept Development

After reviewing all the information that we collected from you in the previous step, we then begin the creative process.
For this initial stage we will design a number of black and white basic concepts for your logo. We work in black and white in this stage to keep the focus on typography, shapes, and graphical elements.
In this stage we will experiment with multiple styles and creative ideas to give you a wide variety of possible directions we can take.
We will submit to you a number of concept images and then discuss them with you to get your feedback on all the various elements. We use this information to begin the next stage.
Step 3 - Concept Revisions

In this step we apply your input and feedback from the concepts to this stage of the logo design process. You will get as many rounds of revisions as you like, until you're 100% satisfied with your logo. A revision is defined by changing of color, font or the adjusting of the existing graphical elements.
Our graphic designers will then submit the new images to you and again discuss the logos to determine if there are more revisions needed to complete the logo design.
Step 4 - Finalization of your logo

At this point we will have arrived at your logo. We then save the logo in multiple file formats and sizes and transfer the rights of the logo to you.
When developing your brand identity (logo) we take into consideration:
